Who We Are
Social Responsibility Practitioners (SRP) is a special project of the Philanthropreneur Foundation, which is initiated by the foundation and youth who focus on social responsibility and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
SRP aims to use youth power to carry out social responsibility initiatives, promote the stories of practitioners, and set up a network for SDG-related communication and implementation in various ways, such as through youth exchanges & study and cross-industry collaboration.

Director
Job Description:
1) Coordinate with all the SRP departments and make work plans on a regular basis;
2) Assist the Secretariat in preparing regular meetings and completing relevant resolutions passed by the Secretariat;
3) Coordinate with the managing foundation.
Job Requirement:
1) Strong interest in Sustainable Development Goals, NGOs, social responsibilities and international affairs, etc. ; Have strong network and resources with international organizations, NGOs, multinational enterprises and universities, etc.
2) Excellent management and communication competencies; ( candidates with non-profit management experience are preferred)
3) Good management skills, be able to work about 15-20 hours per week. Prefer applicants who are committed to work for at least 1 year;
4) Strong responsibility, be able to lead the team and finish every task;
5) Qualified communication ability in Chinese and/or English. ( Qualified with CET4 or CET6/ IELTS 7.5/ TOEFL10 points and above or with abundant English experience ones would be preferred-optional)
Head of Center of General Affairs
CGA, as the executive department of SRP’s decision-making body secretariat, is responsible for the entire SRP’s internal administrative affairs and external public relations. We need professional, responsible and comprehensive talents to join. We hope to invite more partners to build a socially responsible and international SRP.
Job Description:
1) Manage and coordinate the team （human resources, administration, legal, finance, translation, public relations, hub & community), and make work plans in details;
2) Assist the Secretariat in preparing regular meetings and completing relevant resolutions passed by the Secretariat;
3) Contact with domestic and international organizations, NGOs, multinational companies, universities, and other resources to obtain information on related projects, funding, and other activities.

Job Description:
1) Manage and coordinate the team and make work plans in detail;
2) Monitor the updated status of various social media (WeChat, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and identify problems timely;
3) Responsible for the typesetting, background messages, article categorization and other related matters;
4) Collaborate with other departments to advance advocacy efforts.
Job Requirement:
1) Good management skills, be able to work about 5 hours per week. Prefer applicants who are committed to working for at least 1 year;
2) Working experience in new media operations is preferred;
3) Strong interest in Sustainable Development Goals, NGOs, social responsibilities and international affairs, etc. ;
4) Strong sense of responsibility, be able to work online, and timely completion of the task is preferred.
Head of Research and Innovation Lab
Social responsibility and the SDGs have their own content and characteristics in different stages, regions, and topics. How to analyze in depth and find a way to practice are the goals of this laboratory. We hope to work collaboratively with all the youth and young professionals who are interested in this topic, analyze the infinite possibilities of social responsibility and sustainable development in a creative way, and influence the actions of various actors in society.
Job Description:
1) Assist in setting up the lab and determine the specific research topics within the scope of social responsibility, SDG, social innovation, youth, and so forth;
2) Regularly deliver outcomes in the form of reports, white papers, policy memorandums, etc.;
3) Provide specific suggestions for SRP project development and administrative management;
4) Can try to connect with enterprises, NGOs, international organizations, etc., and launch consulting services.
Job Requirement:
1) Strong interest in Sustainable Development Goals, NGOs, social responsibilities and international affairs, etc.;
2) Have research experience in think. tanks, academic institutions, and international organizations are preferred;
3) Qualified communication ability in Chinese and/or English; ( Qualified with CET4 or CET6/ IELTS 7.5/ TOEFL10 points and above or with abundant English experienced ones would be preferred-optional)
4) Applicants must submit a writing sample, preferably 1-2 pages with the topic related to social responsibility, NGO, SDG, et; Language can be Chinese or English; Samples with more than 2 pages are acceptable.
